"We're very happy to provide a reference for Jeffrey! We've worked with Jeffrey on the sale and purchase of homes twice in the past three years. Both times, Jeffrey provided top-notch service. In 2007, we put our townhouse on the market, and with Jeffrey's guidance on pricing and prep, successfully sold it within two weeks. We found a home in Pelham, NH, and 1.5 weeks before the close date, the owner backed out. With our townhouse sold and movers lined up, we opted not to sue but rather to find another home, and immediately restarted our search. "This year I bought my first home and want to share my experience.
